RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be happy with your new wig(s), so if you are not completely satisfied you may return it for an exchange.
- No refunds, only store credits. All unauthorized returns will incur a 50% product return fee.
- Returns for exchanges may be made within 10 days from the date of receipt product(s).
EXCHANGE GUIDELINE :
Authorized Exchange Item(s) :
Return merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging.
- We do not accept items that are not in the original factory condition.
- The return item must have the original hairnet, labels, and tags still attached.
- Items must not be worn other than to try it on.
- Items altered in any way, washed, brushed, exposed to odors; such as cigarette smoke or perfume will not be accepted.
- Do not mark, tape, or attach anything which may cause damage to the original factory packaging/wig box.
- Damaged packaging/wig box will not be accepted for return.
Authorized Exchange Fees :
- Returns for exchange will require a restocking fee of $20.00 or 20% (whichever is greater) for each item.
- If you are not happy with your color selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color we will, waive the $20 or 20% restocking fee. (Only for the first exchange). A $5.00 color exchange fee will apply.
- Shipping Cost for Exchange :
- Shipping charges will apply. We will ship standard shipping for exchanges, unless instructions specify otherwise.
- Note : If you receive a wig from us that is not satisfactory, exchange fees will not be waived. Please take necessary precautions before making a purchase.
Note : Charges made to complete exchanges will be processed with the payment form submitted in the original order, unless otherwise specified.
Authorized Exchange Request:
Returns for exchanges will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by our return department.
- Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer, and collect shipments will be refused.
- Request for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be made within 10 days from the receipt of order.
- Email info@mywigstore.com Please provide full name, order number, and reason for return.
- Call our toll free number, 866-688-6752. Monday thru Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. (PST). For our voicemail, please leave your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- Return merchandise must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of receipt of product(s).
- Do not send your Return Order without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of shipping box, or the package will be refused.
Authorized Exchange Preparation :

Step 1 : Request your RMA number.
a. Email info@mywigstore.com Please provide full name, order number, and reason for return.
b. Call our toll free number, 866-688-6752. Monday thru Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. (PST). For our voicemail, please leave your full name, order number, and reason for return.
Step 2 : Write the RMA# on the outside of the box. Unauthorized packages will be refused.
Step 3 : Please package the box so that it will not be damaged at the time of receipt. Damaged goods will be considered an unauthorized package and will be charged a 50% unauthorized fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately.
Cancellations must be made within 12 hours after the order was placed.
Return Policy will be enforced if cancellations are not made on time, $20.00 or 20% (whichever is greater).
Fee's will also be applied if your order is returned to us due to incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery.
