You have the option of matching your own hair color or trying something new.

Here are some tips before you make a selection.

 

It is really quite simple: Stick to colors that compliment your skin tone.  Then decide if you are best with all-over color or highlights.

 

How to avoid the wrong color:

 

  • Selecting the right shade of blonde. 
    • Shallow skin with yellow undertones : Deep golds are not for you.
    • Pink Skin : Avoid Strawberry shades.
    • Don?t go more than a couple shades lighter than your natural hair color.

 

  • The right way to go ( or stay) brown.
    • If you?re pale : Avoid going to super dark tones.
    • Don?t go more than a couple shades darker than your natural hair color.

 

Option 1 : Color Analysis with our Color Experts

 

Simply contact and an assistant will be ready to help you.  We will be happy to go over any questions you may have regarding your color.  In order for this to go smoothly we need an idea of what you want.  Please have the following information :

 

§         Brand or style you would like to try.

§         The specific color you would like to match.

 

Option 2 : Color Charts and Swatches Online

 

We have a full color chart and color description for each of our brands.  You can select from any of our quality brands.  To make the selection process go smoother, I would recommend the following :

  • First select the style(s) of interest.
  • Then select Color Chart and view the color chart for that brand(s) or style(s).

Note : Each style has a selection of available colors.  All the colors available on the color chart are not available for every style.

Option 3 : Purchase a Color Ring

 

Become a color expert!  Each brand has their specific color ring.  If you are frequent wig user this would be a great way to make sure you?re getting the right color.  This makes purchasing a wig hassle free.

 

Selection Process :

1.      Select the brand(s) or style(s) you are interested in.

2.      Click on our Color Ring selection.

3.      Choose one or more of the color ring(s) by the brand(s).  Add the color ring(s) to the shopping cart.

 

Option 4 : Color Ring on Loan

 

If the specific brand(s) or style(s) you want are a one time deal, get a loan.  We have color ring(s) on loan.  It is easy and efficient.

 

Loan Process :

  1. Choose one or more color ring(s) from the brand(s) you?ve selected.  Add the color ring(s) to the shopping cart.
  2. Make payment for the color ring(s).

(This is a deposit for the color rings to be used towards your purchase).

§         Please make note on the order that this is for the ?Color Rings on Loan?.

View the colors and make a selection.  The color ring(s) need to be returned within 10 days of receipt.

§         Call us at our toll free number 1-866-688-6752 for the RMA No. (Return Merchandise Authorization). 

§         Upon receipt of the color ring(s) we will refund the cost of the color ring(s), as a store credit towards your wig purchase.

§         We do not refund any shipping costs.

The store credit can be redeemed at any time.  To redeem your store credit,  please call 1-866-688-6752.

 

We have an accurate count on our color rings.  If a swatch is missing, or damaged we will have to deduct from the credit amount.  If you decide to keep the color ring(s), please inform us, or simply keep the color ring(s) past the 10 day time frame.

 

Option 5 : Mailing your Hair Sample

 

If you need help from one our color experts, send a hair sample of the color you would like to match.  We will make an accurate match with any brand you select.

 

Hair Sample Process :

 

  1. Cut 1 ½ inches or more of the sample.
  2. The hair sample must be cut from the front or sides of your hair.

Note : Please send a hair sample from an area of your hair that you want to match.  Do not send a sample from the back or under side of the head, or wig piece.  These areas tend to be darker.

  1. Use clear tape, and tape the ends (closest to the scalp) to a white sheet.
  2. Include a note with the following :
    1. First Name, Last Name
    2. Telephone number
    3. Email Address
    4. The brand(s) and/or style(s) you would like to match.
    5. If you are sending a hair sample of a wig piece, please include any information on it (brand, style name, color).
  3. Ship the hair sample to :

We will process your request in the order received.  We will contact you by telephone or email.  Please calculate a sufficient amount of time you will need to match the color, wig selection, and shipping time.

 

Option 6 : Email your Photo

 

Steps to Emailing your Photo :

 

  1. Scan a picture of yourself with your current hair color or the color you would like to match.  ( Note : Please focus on the hair )
  2. In the email please include the following :
    1. First, Last Name
    2. Telephone number
    3. Name of current color of hair and color you would to match it to.
    4. Include the name of the style or brand of the wig you have selected.  (Note : Without this information we cannot match your hair color.)

If you do not have a photo to send, please email us an accurate hair color to match.
